Neurodivergent experiencing and communication, Pathological Demand Avoidance, Parenting, Intersectionality, Decolonization and Deconstructing Capitalism

  • I support individuals navigating the complexities of neurodivergent experiencing and communication through an exploration of rich internal worlds informing experiences such as pathological demand avoidance, inertia, and energy fluctuations. My work uniquely focuses on addressing these issues at the intersection of race, culture, gender and gender expression, ethnicity, providing a holistic approach that is rooted in decolonizing, anti-racism and anti-capitalist frameworks. I aim to create spaces where clients can be witnessed as their authentic selves and dismantle internalized systems of oppression and build supportive pathways towards healing and self-advocacy.

My Approach

  • Internal Family Systems

I am a Level 1 trained clinician in Internal Family Systems, using parts work as a framework of understanding as well as facilitating experiences of connection with the members of your internal world.

  • Solution Focused

Let's talk about where you wish to go, and the ways in which you have already started. The path ahead is built from where you've already been.

  • Identity Consolidation

Change starts with emotional experiencing. Let's work together to find the feeling that drives transformation so we can integrate what is known with what needs to be felt.
